Hexagram 60.5>19

I have a new idea that I hope will make me alot of money. I consulted the yi and recieved Hexagram 60.5> 19

The reading seems to be favourable Hexagram 60 generally means limitation and this is how I am currently feeling however line 5 which leads to Hexagram 19

says

Nine in the fifth place means:

Sweet limitation brings good fortune.

Going brings esteem.

The limitation must be carried out in the right way if it is to be effective. if we seek to impose restrictions on others only, while evading them ourselves, these restrictions will always be presented and will provoke resistance. If, however, a man in leading position applies the limitation first to himself, demanding little from those associated with him, and with modest means manages to achieve something, good fortune is the result. Where such an example occurs, it meets with emulation, so that whatever is undertaken must succeed.

I think the Yi is advising on taking things slowly and not rushing things this will will lead to 19 ( Approach)
